KTM introduce superbike for 2009 RC8 R. 1190 RC8 R provides 180 pk (25 pk more than regular RC8) when is used optional race-uitlaat. The cylinder contents have been forced up to 1195cc, what almost 1200cc the limit are for v-twins in the Superbike kampioenschap.
